We believe that the issue affecting many shops earlier today have now been remedied, although further investigation will take place out of store opening hours.

Since around 10.30 this morning we have had reports of sluggish performance when shops connect to the terminal server at Head Office.
It would seem that most (but not all) shops are experiencing this issue. Apologies - we are investigating.
