The latest Shopwave update has made another two changes.

We are still experiencing delays of up to two seconds for promo add but it should no longer be failing.

Shopwave are still currently working to try to resolve this issue completely.

We are still getting reports that the discounts are still not applying so we have raised this with Shopwave again to investigate.

Shopwave have released a fix for this which would possibly have caused the discounts to go offline for moment. This should now be resolved but if you still experience any problems please contact IT at it@cookfood.net

Shopwave are currently working on the issue and for the time being the work around is to cancel on payment screen then checkout again to reapply the promo. We'll update you as soon as this has been resolved.
