please be aware that the root cause of this has now been solved.
'Slowness' experienced and reported in the last few days should revert back to normal.
Calendar / stock order updates - will need a bit more time to catch up while data flushes through from the source system to Hermes, we will update further once that's cleared.
Please be aware that we've identified an issue where some specific data isn't being updated as expected, causing the Hermes/Extranet orders calendar and the concessions order information to be out of sync with behind the scenes systems (Unity).
This is being investigated by the provider, apologies for the confusion.
