The issue that occurred was due to our text provider making a change to our account on Wednesday. Unfortunately we were unaware of the changes until reports of missing text messages reached us.
The system is working again now - we are monitoring it.

We have received reports that customers are not receiving SMS text messages advising them of delivery times.
Until this issue has been resolved, so may wish to contact customers to check they will be available to receive their order.
