We are still waiting on official clarification from the provider but the populate for sales on the tillsheets should now provide accurate figures.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please be aware that this issue seems to have continued to today - meaning sales will not be populating onto the tillsheet at the moment.
We're investigating with provider and will update once more information is available.
We're aware of a widespread issue from yesterday where not all of the sales information is available to auto-populate on the tillsheet.
This is being currently investigated and might take some time to resolve, RetailOps will follow up with separate instructions how to handle your tillsheet for yesteday.
