This should now be working much better than it has all day. Some stores are reporting it is working first time automagically! Apologies for the delay and thank you for all the feedback which ultimately helped us to resolve the issue.

The promotion is now working slightly better although it may require a couple of attempts. If this is still failing after several attempts and the manual discount doesnt work then please email it@cookfood.net

We are aware that the manual option is also failing in some instances. Please bear with us whilst we try to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
We are currently experiencing issues with the automatic discount for the 15% off promotion. Whilst this is being investigated the workaround is to repeatedly try checking out as the issue is intermittent. Failing that you will be able to manually apply the discount.
