Thanks to everyone that has confirmed the issues described in the previous Status message. This confirms it is a very widespread issue.

You may be experiencing issues with Click and Collect orders yesterday and today.

We have received reports of:

  • Confirmation emails not being received
  • Customers having issues on the website, whereby they have been repeatedly returned to the payment page, and as a result may have placed multiple identical orders (different order numbers).
  • Error messages when attempting to take payment for orders.
