Network performance seems to have returned to normal. No official confirmation from Microsoft yet.
We are experiencing network issues accessing services and resources hosted by Microsoft, you should still be able to use them but they most likely will be slower than normal until this is resolved by Microsoft. Affected services include Hermes, Outlook and Onedrive We will update you when we have any further information.
