Hermes/Extranet generating PDFs fails
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Apologies for the issues this morning, we're now getting PDFs generated again, please do advise if you're having more issues with this.
We believe we have found the cause of the issue and are in the process of fixing it.
Will update once resolved or futher update available.
Please be aware that we currently are experiencing issues generating CC/HD PDFs out of Hermes & Extranet, we are currently investigating.
