Issue with Shopwave

The issues with Shopwave should now be all complete

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

Website should be now available

UPDATE - Currently the Shopwave website is down they are working on this as a matter of urgency.

Additional update to the issues surround stock and invoices. We will keep you updated, apologies for inconvenience.

Apologies there is issues with Till sheets, this is being looked at.

We believe there may be an issue, we're looking into it.

Shopwave appear to have fixed the various issues we've been having with the application, please can you test and if your still experiencing an issue please log a ticket to IT it@cookfood.net with details of the EPOS issue.

Please be aware we are still awaiting an update from Shopwave regarding the issues previously listed. We are chasing them on a daily basis and will update you asap.

Cook IT are aware that this week other Shopwave issues have been experienced (over and above the website error '504 gateway timeout'). These are:

• Till sheets not populating correctly (over populating)
• Order receipts entered into Hermes not appearing in Shopwave, hence stock data incorrect.

Managers are liaising with Shopwave about these issues. Apologies.

The issue Shopwave experienced with their website last Monday is re-occurring unfortunately. We are chasing for a resolution. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

There is an issue with trying to access Shopwave there is an error '504 gateway timeout' We have raised this with Shopwave and will advise when there is an update.
