Good afternoon,

Many of your have reported Linked Sales issues this afternoon, where you may be be seeing the message "Rate Limits Exceeded" and unable to link sales or accepting Gift Card payments.

The above are intermittent issues - it will be worth giving it some time and trying again. (One store reported success after restarting their iPad but I'm unsure if that was instrumental in resolving or that the service was more responsive in the time it took to restart).
