C&C and HD Order emails not being received

We believe this issue was resolved this morning and reports from stores confirm this. If you believe (going forwards) you are still not receiving C+C or HD confirmation emails, please log a ticket to IT@cookfood.net, complete with the order number.

We have had reports from some stores that they are not receiving any email notifications for C&C and HD orders. Please be aware of this and check Hermes so that you don't miss any orders. We have reported this to our developer who is investigating. We will update you as soon as we have some further news.
