Redspa made some changes yesterday. Having spoken to a small sample of shops, this seems to have resolved the issue. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please get in touch.
Redspa have identified the issue and will deploy a hotfix as soon as possible. We don't yet have an ETA , but will update you further when we have more information.

Redspa are investigating an issue reported to us from a number of stores, where no delivery note has been attached to order and a runtime error occurs if you try to print manually from Hermes / Extranet.
