EPOS - comeback card not recognised

Retail Operations have given the following advice:
"Whilst we are waiting for the QR to be set up please follow these instructions to add the discount to the basket. Search for “Comeback £5 off £35” and add this to your basket. You then need to swipe left on the product to make it a minus figure which will show in red. Please double check this to ensure that you are not accidentally over charging the customer."
We've received a few reports of the comeback card not being recognised, we're looking into it.
