Please be aware that if you're having issues with the iPad being offline or promotions not working the first course of action is to reboot the Wi-Fi device as mentioned in the previous communication.

Please be aware that after the recent loss in connectivity you might need to restart the Wi-Fi device in your shop, if you could please do that first before contacting IT that would be much appreciated. Please do allow 2-3minutes after restarting for Wi-Fi to come back on.

The device you're looking for is either white or grey with "Meru" or "Fortinet" written on it.
