We are aware that shops are still suffering with freezing sessions on the shops server. To minimise disruption, this computer needs to be restarted out of hours.

We have received several reports regarding blank pages on Hermes and emails freezing.
Hopefully we have identified and resolved the issue which was due to Internet Explorer.
As a result we have removed this Internet Explorer application from your computers. Please use Chrome from now on.
