Please be aware that during today we've been experiencing some intermittent issues with scanning customer / tribe cards. We're actively investigating this issue but have not found the root cause to date.
Unfortunately this issue might still be ongoing when tomorrow (Tuesday 01/10) the new gift cards launch. You might experience the same symptoms when scanning the new cards, please still report it with any possible detail to it@cookfood.net.
