A fix for the issue has been deployed yesterday about 1:30pm and we have not seen a reoccurrence to date.
Please do let us know if you encounter the issue again for orders placed after yesterday (27/01) at 1:30pm.

We've identified the issue to be caused by an update to the Safari browser (default for iPhones and iPads) which interferes with the way the payment page works.
Using any other browser will work around the issue.

Please be aware that we're currently experiencing a website issue which is causing some customers to place duplicate orders on the system.
This is currently being investigated as the highest priority.
