Some work was carried out last night to try to resolve the printing issue, however, there has been some unintended consequences, as we understand that attempting to download files such as email attachments or PDF’s from within Hermes isn’t working. A workaround is to preview email attachments and print from this screen.
We are very sorry for the continued disruption and the matter being looked at now. We will update you when we have an update.

Over the past few weeks we have received a number of reports that printing documents (particularly larger PDF documents) has been frustratingly slow and sometimes do not print at all, despite your printer reporting “receiving data” and rattling encouragingly!
We are investigating a couple of different lines of enquiry and will update the Cook Service Status when changes have been made.
