Good morning. We received an updated late last night that our account has been re-activated.
I've checked with one shop and emails are now being received once more.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will be looking at measures to avoid this happening again.

The cause of the email notification issue is now broadly known.

IT are now waiting for the Send Grid to get in touch (theoretically it can take up to 12 hours..) but we are hoping this will be much quicker.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused – we know you rely on this service. We will keep you updated.

Good morning,

We are investigating an issue which means that some / all emails are not being sent to shops notifying them of both LD and C+C orders. Apparently customers may be missing out on notification messages too.

We are investigating and will update you as soon as possible.
