We've had a report from a couple of shops that their PDQ machines are not connecting at the moment. This appears to be an issue with Barclaycard. If you are experiencing this issue then at the moment the only thing you can do is contact Barclaycard directly to get an update when the issue will be resolved.
If you need the Barclaycard number, it will be on your PDQ Supervisor card.
If we hear that this issue has been resolved, we will send out another update.
