Hi All,
We are seeing issues with the checkout flow, linked sales and friends and family cards. I have raised the issues with Shopwave the app provider and they are currently investigating.
If you encounter an issue where the payment was taken successfully but Shopwave shows an error or is awaiting payment still, then you can process the payment as cheque to complete the basket.
Issues relating to linked sales or friends and family cards will be intermittent and may require trying again.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused, i appreciate this is time consuming and far from ideal. I will keep chasing for an update and let you know as soon as i know more.
