[Resolved] Report Generation Delay on Wednesday 1st Feb 2023

The technical issue affecting report generation has been resolved by Adyen and report processing times have returned to normal at 4am this morning. The remaining report request queue will have processed in the following hours and tillsheet's should now populate with 31st Jan figures.

If you still find that your tillsheet has not populated the 31st Jan figures this morning, please let I.T. know. Yesterday's figures may be a little delayed in populating because of this work also.

We are aware that tillsheets have not populated.

Tillsheets are populated by data generated by Adyen and they are having some technical difficulties. We'll update you when they have resolved.
