Good afternoon. Both Hermes issues have now been resolved.
Editing / Substituting orders was fixed in the past hour (while the C+C order slot issue was resolved last week.)

Since around mid-day yesterday, we have had reports of 2 issues on Hermes / Extranet
C+C orders cannot be booked ahead beyond 7 days
Editing / Substituting orders LD orders is not working properly
