Till sheets issue is now resolved. If you have a till sheet that has not pulled through, please report via IT@cookfood.net (Please state if it is a Shop sale or E-commerce sale and the date.)

If it is just an under / over which you cannot identify, please discuss with Retail Operation.

Hi,

We are aware that the tillsheet data for yesterday hasn't pulled through this morning either.

This is being investigated and we will keep you updated.

Hi All

The till sheets for both in store and ecommerce from yesterday haven't pulled through but the dev team are aware and looking to correct this.
