Just an updated to say this is relating to the weekend issues and just for the 15% promotion

Further to the issue with the discounts, we are still investigating but if you have any issues with promotion can you email IT@cookfood.net detailing what happened with the product details if possible

The problem has been identified to an issue with Puddings on the promotions, Shopwave have been advised

Stores have reported that the promotions are working intermittently, this has been reported to Shopwave.

We believe there may be an issue, we're looking into it.

Promotional discounts are still not always applying. Shopwave developers are still working on this issue but as yet have not given us an ETA when it will be fixed. Please bear with us, we will update you as soon as we have further news.

A number of stores have reported problems adding promotional discounts, both yesterday and today.
