Hi, Our monitoring of shop networks suggests that network connectivity has been restored.

This morning many COOK shops have been affected by some work carried out by TalkTalk last night.
Some shops have lost their network connection to their PDQ machines, others have lost connection to their Wi-Fi, Computer and phone. Some unfortunately have lost both. Initially the advice was to reboot the affected router(s) but this has proved ineffective at this stage. We have chased Vodat and they can't currently give us an ETA for normal service, but we will update you when we have more information.
