Printing issue
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
IT are aware that the shop printing issue is still occurring. We are very sorry for the frustration caused and will be looking at this tonight out of hours.
A number of shops have reported still having problems printing. The shop server will be taken down tonight at sometime after 8 pm to allow for further investigation, prior to being brought back up ready for the morning.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
