Underlying issue has now been resolved. Order Statuses are being corrected now.

Orders placed more than once could lead to multiple orders, please cancel any duplicate orders.

Good afternoon,

A number of shops have reported orders are not going through properly, but are getting stuck in 'Pending Auth' and email confirmations are not coming through.

I have just learned that all orders with this status will go through but are just delayed. As soon as service is restored the orders will move to the correct status.
