We are investigating an issue which has caused some customers to receive a very high number of emails concerning their order. Dev team have made the decision to suspend the email service while they investigate, as customers were understandably upset.
In order to be aware of customer orders during this time you will need to consult Hermes / Extranet. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
